Yotam Ottolenghi is the renowned chef-patron of the Ottolenghi delis and Rovi restaurants.
His bestselling books, including Ottolenghi: The Cookbook, Jerusalem, Plenty, Plenty More, Nopi, Simple, Sweet, Flavour & Test Kitchen: Shelf Love, have sold over six million copies internationally, making him one of Britain’s most influential food talents.
His TV work began with the award-winning survey of the food of his birth city, Jerusalem on a Plate, and includes the series Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Feasts and Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Island Feasts as well as numerous guest appearances. He has also appeared as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia.
Yotam is based at the Ottolenghi test kitchen in Camden, where he perfects and tests recipes for his books and his weekly column for the Guardian.
