Charismatic, down-to-earth and full of expertise Adam Frost is a celebrated British garden designer, television presenter and inspirational speaker. Best known as a leading presenter on BBC Gardeners’ World, he has also earned widespread acclaim for his award-winning gardens at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Adam also regularly appears on BBC One’s Morning Live and has filmed for popular programmes including The One Show, DIY SOS and The Alan Titchmarsh Show. He is a contributing columnist to Gardener’s World magazine and has published several books, with the most recent, For The Love Of Plants” published by DK in 2025.Alongside running his own garden design and landscape business, he serves on the board of the Horticulture Trades Association and is an ambassador for the Royal Horticultural Society. Until 2022, he also led The Adam Frost Garden School, delivering masterclasses in garden design and horticulture.
At the heart of Adam’s speaking work is his personal journey into gardening and the lessons he’s learned along the way. As a strong advocate for the connection between gardening and mental wellbeing, in his keynote and motivational talks, he speaks candidly about his unconventional path into gardening, the challenges he has faced, and how working with the land transformed his life. Blending honesty, warmth and humour, he encourages audiences to see gardening not only as a skill or profession, but as a source of balance, creativity and happiness.
Winner of ‘Best New Talent’ at the Royal Television Society West Awards in 2016, Adam is a firm favourite on the corporate and conference circuit.
